Terms of Service

1. Service Access

Winesrch provides AI visibility analytics for wineries, including public winery profiles and paid private dashboards. Private dashboard access is available only to authorized users connected to an approved winery, agency, portfolio, or workspace account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Subscriptions And Billing

Paid private dashboard plans are subscription services. Monthly plans renew monthly until canceled. Annual plans renew annually until canceled. Cancellation prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Dashboard access remains active through the paid billing period unless otherwise terminated under these Terms. Payments are processed by our billing provider, Polar.

3. AI Visibility Data

Winesrch measures observed AI visibility across selected prompts, models, and time periods. Results may fluctuate as AI systems, model behavior, public source material, and market conditions change.

Winesrch does not guarantee AI placement, rankings, traffic, sales, reservations, revenue, or any specific business outcome.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that information you submit is accurate, that you are authorized to request access for the winery or portfolio you manage, and that your use of Winesrch complies with applicable laws and business obligations.

5. Private Dashboard Confidentiality

Private dashboard content, exports, recommendations, Custom Tracking prompts, and account-specific analysis are intended for the authorized customer workspace. You may use the information for your own winery, portfolio, agency, or client work, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute private dashboard data as a competing data product without written permission from SRCH LLC.

6. Portfolio And Agency Use

Portfolio and agency accounts may manage multiple authorized wineries within the plan capacity shown at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to access and use dashboard data for each winery in your workspace.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse Winesrch, attempt to bypass authorization controls, scrape private customer dashboards, interfere with service operation, or use the service to violate another party's rights.

8. Termination

SRCH LLC may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, misuse, unauthorized access, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel future renewals by contacting info@winesrch.com.

9. Limitation Of Liability

Winesrch is provided as an analytics and decision-support service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRCH LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
