Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Renewal

Monthly plans renew monthly until canceled. Annual plans renew annually until canceled.

2. Cancellation

You may request cancellation by contacting info@winesrch.com. Cancellation prevents future renewal. Dashboard access remains active through the paid billing period unless otherwise terminated under the Terms of Service.

3. Refunds

Cancellation does not automatically create a prorated refund or refund the current billing period. If you believe there was a billing error or need help with a subscription issue, contact info@winesrch.com.

Any refunds required by applicable law still apply.
